At Top Choice Apparel, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

  • Returned with all original tags attached

Size Exchanges

Need a different size?

We're happy to exchange your item for another size, subject to availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale items

  • Clearance or promotional items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We'll work quickly to make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged item or an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Top Choice Apparel is not responsible for lost return packages.
